Episode 36: August Goal Check-in and a Reflection

Join me this week for episode 36.  I discuss and review my goals for 2024 as they stand at the beginning of August and discuss a reflection on "Talking behind" someone's back and looking for inspiration in times of need.

 

Note:  I don't believe I have cursed in an episode yet, I do curse twice in this episode.  While this is not typically how I intend to speak on the podcast it is how adults convey thoughts and emotions from time to time.  I will try and disclose this in the show notes incase you either don't wish to hear curse words or more importantly expose your children and or loves ones to that language.  Generally speaking I will attempt to convey my thoughts with out the use of such language however in effort to be authentic it will happen from time to time.
